Christmas Eve
A warm and festive welcome awaits you. Take time to relax and soak up the atmosphere whilst enjoying a glass of delicious hot mulled wine and roasted chestnuts.
Meet friends old and new at our champagne drinks reception and enjoy Christmas Carols performed by the local Keswick choir.
Enjoy a candlelit dinner served in the Lonsdale Restaurant and after dinner relax in the lounge where our resident pianist, John Mario, will keep you lightly entertained.
For those of you who wish to attend Midnight Mass the churches are only a short walk away and on your return warm up with hot chocolate and marshmallows.
Christmas Day
Rise to a hearty Cumbrian Breakfast where we will add a little bit of sparkle with a glass of Bucks Fizz served by Father Christmas and his little helpers.
For those of you who wish to simply relax in the comfort of the hotel why not try your hand at our many in-house competitions – there are prizes for the winners!
For the more adventurous, try our treasure trail challenge which has been set around the delightful market town of Keswick and the picturesque Lake Derwentwater.
On your return relax tired feed and indulge yourself with chef’s Winter vegetable broth and homemade bread.
A traditional Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings will be served this evening and will be followed by an evening of music and dancing with “Boogie2Night” our fabulous resident duo.
Boxing Day
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and then the day is yours to enjoy.
Keswick offers everything that a person who loves the outdoors could want, from fabulous fell walks to the serenity of Lake Derwentwater.
Scones, jam and cream will be served this afternoon, and our competition winners will be presented with their prizes.
This evening’s Boxing Day Gala Dinner will have a black and white theme and Steve Silver, solo singer, will provide the after dinner entertainment. A fabulous evening of swing classics is in store.

1st January 2012
Rise and shine into 2012 and enjoy a late breakfast.
The day is free for you to plan, maybe a trip to the January sales or a scenic walk to blow away those cobwebs.
Winter vegetable broth with home-made bread, will be served this afternoon, and our competition winners will be presented with their prizes.
This evening’s dinner will be followed by a night of swing and jazz performed by the superb, three piece, Amanda Lucas Band.
