Pot roasted breast of wild pheasant
With beetroot fondant, roasted garlic creamed potatoes, char-grilled asparagus, caramelized red onion and apple marmalade and rich cider gravy

Seared tuna loin steak
Served pink over crushed baby new potatoes with sesame snow peas, vegetable spaghetti and light shrimp gravy

Pan fried breast of honey glazed duck
Carved over apple mash with Pernod roasted carrots, sweet red cabbage and cherry sauce

Char-grilled Mediterranean vegetable and basil strudel (v)

Black Dub Blue – A creamy blue-veined cheese which is now made in Applebyand is a must for any cheese board!
